Updated Data Processing Addendum for K15t AppsDear customer,
You are receiving this email because you are a K15t customer or evaluator covered by K15t’s Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
We want to inform you that we’ve revised our DPA to keep it up to date and relevant. Here are the changes we have incorporated:
We have removed Orderly Databases for Confluence from our products in Annex 1.
We have removed sub-processors Dropbox International Unlimited Company, Mandrill, The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp, and Zendesk, Inc., from Annex 1 and Annex 3.
We have added sub-processor Google Cloud EMEA Limited with Google Workspace products Google Drive for file transfers and Google Gmail for email.
There’s no action required from your end. The updated DPA will automatically become part of your agreement with us effective January 15, 2024.
